I’ve been on both sides of the pivot.
I spent over two decades working in executive roles in HR and Organisational Development for leading organisations in Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong.
I’ve led discussions with executive leadership teams about strategic workforce planning, future skills and C-suite succession. So I know what senior business leaders are looking for — and why some careers stall while others flourish.
I’ve implemented multi-million dollar digital technology and skill transformations. I understand the impact technology, especially AI, is having on skills, jobs and careers, and how confusing that landscape can feel.
I’ve led high-performing teams and delivered organisation-wide projects. So I understand performance pressure, ambition and the occasional “what am I doing with my life?” moment.

Career decision-making doesn’t care how many years of experience you have. A lack of structured approach, incomplete information, other people’s expectations and the stories we tell ourselves can hold any of us back.
I’ve also stepped away from a successful corporate career to start my own business. I know what it feels like to take that risk, and the 2am self-talk that keeps you awake.
